Welcome to Sarvee.

This brand was born from a very simple but powerful vision:

 Fashion that makes you feel beautiful exactly as you are.

I’ve seen how weddings and celebrations can make people feel pressured — to diet, to fit into a certain mold , to look a certain way. 

With Sarvee, I wanted to create pieces that flow with you, not against you. Fabrics that flatter every body, every curve, every height — so that no one has to shrink themselves to feel stunning.

Each garment here is stitched with love, detail, and intention. 

Not just clothes, but a reminder of you being enough.

Sarvee is my heart’s work — a bridge between tradition and modernity, elegance and comfort, strength and softness.

1. No Returns on Custom Orders

As all Sarvee outfits are made-to-order and customised to your measurements, we do not accept returns.

2. Exchanges (Only for Defects)

We offer exchanges ONLY if:

the product delivered has a manufacturing defect,

the wrong product was sent,

the item is damaged on arrival.

Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.

3. Size Issues

Since custom outfits are stitched to your measurements, Sarvee Couture is not responsible for wrong sizes provided by the customer.

Alterations (if feasible) can be done at an additional cost.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed ONLY if:

an order is cancelled before production begins,

the product is unavailable or cannot be produced.

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment.

After 12 hours, cancellation is not allowed as production begins.

6. In Case of Courier Damage

If the courier damages the package, an exchange will be initiated after proof is provided.
