1. No Returns on Custom Orders
As all House of Sarvee outfits are made-to-order and customised to your measurements, we do not accept returns.
2. Exchanges (Only for Defects)
We offer exchanges ONLY if:
the product delivered has a manufacturing defect,
the wrong product was sent,
the item is damaged on arrival.
Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.
3. Size Issues
Since custom outfits are stitched to your measurements, House of Sarvee is not responsible for wrong sizes provided by the customer.
Alterations (if feasible) can be done at an additional cost.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed ONLY if:
an order is cancelled before production begins,
the product is unavailable or cannot be produced.
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment.
After 12 hours, cancellation is not allowed as production begins.
6. In Case of Courier Damage
If the courier damages the package, an exchange will be initiated after proof is provided.

1. Product & Customisation
All House of Sarvee outfits are handcrafted and made-to-order.
Minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to lighting and fabric nature.
Custom measurements once submitted cannot be changed after the order goes into production.
2. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a WhatsApp/Email update with your measurement checklist.
3. Processing Time
Standard dispatch time is 10–14 business days for customised outfits.
Express production (if available) may incur additional charges.
4. Shipping
We ship pan-India.
Delivery time varies by location (typically 3–7 business days).
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
5. Ownership
All designs, images and content belong exclusively to House of Sarvee.
Reproduction or duplication of any design without permission is prohibited.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate measurements.
Be available for order confirmation calls/messages if required.
Keep track of provided dispatch timelines.
7. Payment Modes
UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
No Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.
